Yes of course. Every customer who purchases a report from Motorcheck will be provided with a secure account. Customers will be able to login at a later date to view their old reports or update a current reports with certain crucial data.
In addition to this customers will be able to view any purchase receipts, maintain any voucher codes allocated to their account and manage their user credentials.
How does it work?
Users can update certain items of data from within their report using the update features within their Motorcheck report when logged into their account, including:
- Enter a mileage reading for a more accurate valuation.
- Update the mileage reading you entered in case you made a mistake.
- Verify the VIN number and compare it to the physical VIN and documented VIN.
- Verify the finance record in case of finance outstanding – the owner may tell you they have cleared the finance. We contact the bank on your behalf and verify this has been done.
